I am a professional pilot by trade but an entrepreneur at heart. My specialty is taking a new strategy or concept, developing tactics, techniques & procedures, building, training, and leading a team. Then catalyze organizational change to execute that new strategy or concept.

I have a high level of technical and frontline leadership in the military, defense, aerospace, and airline industries. My experience includes leading aircrews on complex dynamic international combat missions in high-risk environments. I am also a real estate investor primarily interested in the acquisition of value-add and long-term holding of multi-family properties in the NJ/NY metro area.
